1. Shipping and Contact Verification
You will receive either an email or call from the Training Partner to verify your current mailing address. It’s important to quickly respond to these messages so books and materials for your course can be shipped in a timely manner. Click here to view an example of the email.
2. Books are Shipped and/or eBook Redemption Details are Emailed
For courses with a physical book, you will receive a copy in the mail at the address confirmed in step one. For courses using eBooks, you will receive an email with instructions on using eBooks followed by a separate email from Amazon with the Kindle eBook redemption details. 3. Classroom Link
You will receive an email from the Training Partner with your Blackboard Virtual Classroom Link. The classroom session opens approximately 30 minutes early so you can test your connection and headset. Click here to view an example of the email.
4. Exam Request Form
Once the class has begun you will receive an email from the Training Partner with an Exam Request Form attached. This form will need to be completed and returned to the training partner so they can schedule your exam. Click here to view an example of the email.
5. Training Partner Schedules Exam
Your exam will be scheduled at your preferred testing location on one of the available dates and times you indicated on your Exam Request form. You will receive an email with the details on your scheduled date, time, and location. Click here to view an example of the email.
