4. Click on the blue “Learning” button in the middle of the page:
5. Click on “myTranscript” on the right:
6. Click on the blue “Certification Manager” link in the “Certifications” box in the middle of the page:
7. Click on “Certifications” in the upper right:
8. Your certifications are listed. Click on the blue “PDF Certificate” link on the right side to generate a .pdf certificate to save to your computer to be emailed to Tim Moore – tnmoore@avaya.com.
