Vouchers for Industry and Avaya exams
Avaya Exams
With approval from your manager to purchase and expense the exam fee through your department, send the following information to tnmoore@avaya.com to obtain a discount voucher for Pearson-Vue testing center. Associates will need to pay the remaining balance after the discount voucher is applied.
Please include the following:
- Your name
- Your HRID
- Exam Name
- Timeframe to complete exam
After obtaining discount voucher and with manager approval, you may schedule your exam at Pearson Vue. Please refer to the Pearson VUE Registration & Voucher Process for additional details in the related links below.
It is recommended to take the exam as soon as possible after completion of the course, please see the catalog for details.
Industry Certification Exams
Industry Certification Exams should only be taken after completing the corresponding course scheduled through your manager. Scheduling and vouchers will be provided through the training partner hosting the course.
