About Us
Avaya Alliance Learning was born out of The Alliance for Employee Growth and Development, Inc., a private, nonprofit unionized corporation, designed to enhance worker employability through continuous learning. Although The Alliance closed in 2019 Avaya, CWA, and IBEW have carried on with the Mission and Vision through a joint labor-management program called Avaya Alliance Learning.
Mission
Avaya Alliance Learning supports individual efforts to develop career and personal growth and enhanced employability through continuous learning experiences. The success of these individual efforts is assured by the cooperative activities of Avaya, CWA, and IBEW.
Vision
Avaya, CWA, and IBEW share a vision that the growth and development of an individual(s) is the key to success in a competitive, worldwide marketplace. Avaya Alliance Learning was born out of this shared vision, to serve as a resource to individual employees who want to take charge of managing change in their lives.
